What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with inquiries related to insurance services
- Deliver personalized solutions and recommend valuable products and services
- Engage with members using effective communication and a problem-solving mindset
- Resolve issues quickly and critically, adapting to an unscripted environment
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real-time
- High school diploma or GED; ability to pass a background check and drug screening
