What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and take customer orders through various communication channels
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on technical products and support activities
- Proactively promote and sell products to existing customers while meeting their needs
- Maintain effective relationships with customers and ensure timely resolution of queries
- Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced Customer Service Representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in warehouse and inside sales with specialty product knowledge

- Excellent driving record is preferred
- Familiarity with computer systems and inventory management
