      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to existing clients
      - Respond to underwriting requests and answer agency inbound calls
      - Identify coverage gaps and offer appropriate insurance products to customers
      - Assist in contacting customers for signature document returns and attaching necessary documents
      - Support the agent and sales associates in completing agency tasks as directed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must pass a state and federal background check prior to hire
      - Must have or be willing to obtain a property and casualty license (assistance provided)
      - Dependable and proficient with computer functions
      - Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
      - Ability to adapt to change and be coachable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a State Farm agency or similar insurance environment
      - Strong customer service background
      - Familiarity with various insurance products and services
