What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in transferring calls between patients, pharmacies, and doctors
- Provide first-level support to customers via email and chat in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot customer issues and guide users through basic resolution steps
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to share best practices and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service via phone, email, or live chat
- Must be adaptable to a fast-paced and frequently changing environment
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Strong documentation skills for tracking customer interactions and resolutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a startup environment
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector
- Additional training or certifications related to customer service
- Familiarity with CRM and cloud-based platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
