      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to caller questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding benefits, contracts, eligibility, and claims
      - Successfully complete five weeks of paid new hire training and perform duties taught in virtual training
      - Document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
      - Coordinate with various functions within the team to ensure timely handling of Tri-care member requests and questions
      - Proactively manage issues that prevent the ability to maintain a productive work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different situations and resolve conflicts
      - Customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment handling inbound calls, e-mail, and chat
      - Predictable and reliable attendance
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - U.S. Citizenship and residency in specific states for this role
