      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to caller inquiries regarding TRICARE benefits, contracts, eligibility, and claims through telephone and written correspondence
      - Complete five weeks of paid new hire training and apply learned skills in a virtual setting
      - Utilize a PC to extract and document information accurately within the database
      - Coordinate with team members to ensure timely handling of TRICARE member requests
      - Make follow-up calls to address inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a U.S. Citizen residing in eligible states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Southern Virginia
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
      - Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
      - Must have a reliable home internet connection with specific speed and hardware requirements

      - Experience working in a call center handling inbound calls, emails, and chats
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts with empathy
      - Proven reliability in attendance and commitment to customer satisfaction
      - Familiarity with TRICARE benefits and services
      - Proficiency with MS Windows and other computer applications
