      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to caller inquiries regarding TRICARE benefits, contracts, eligibility, and claims through phone and written correspondence.
      - Complete five weeks of paid new hire training and apply learned skills in a virtual environment.
      - Document inquiry outcomes accurately for tracking and analysis.
      - Coordinate with team functions to ensure timely handling of TRICARE member requests.
      - Proactively manage and resolve issues affecting productivity and connectivity in a home office setting.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
      - Must be a U.S. Citizen residing in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, or Texas.
      - Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
      - Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
      - Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience serving military members and their beneficiaries, particularly in relation to TRICARE benefits.
      - Reliable attendance and a highly developed sense of integrity and teamwork.
      - Familiarity with MS Windows and other computer applications.
      - Own a computer that meets specified technical requirements for the role.
      - Previous experience in a customer service role with a focus on quality and empathy.
