What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to caller inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims via telephone and written correspondence
- Complete five weeks of paid training and apply learned skills in a virtual environment
- Document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely handling of TRICARE member requests
- Manage follow-up communication with callers and escalate complex requests when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work from home Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be a U.S. Citizen residing in eligible states (Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center handling inbound calls, email, and chat
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts
- Familiarity with TRICARE benefits and military service
- Proficiency in MS Windows and other computer applications
- High integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
