What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in "all-church" events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and customer service software
