      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to distributors on various post-sales activities
      - Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and efficient handling
      - Document and track customer interactions using Salesforce to maintain accurate records
      - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues and enhance service quality
      - Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills, knowledge, and customer service performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment
      - Strong knowledge of Salesforce and proficiency in JD Edwards or other CRM/ERP systems
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and stakeholders
      - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer issues calmly and professionally
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
