What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and resolve customer concerns while coordinating with internal resources
- Answer inbound calls, process emails, chats, and text messages, and make outbound calls to existing customers
- Provide superior customer service and support for buying and selling on company platforms
- Offer direct support for all products and services, focusing on customer care and overall satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience handling high volume inbound and outbound calls
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze problems in real-time and provide effective solutions
- Capability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure while displaying a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
