What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts while working remotely
- Resolve customer inquiries related to services, products, and billing
- Sell products and services offered by the employer
- Coordinate with sales channels for customer retention efforts
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with voice and data services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation
- Verified internet service and dedicated work area for WFH requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least one-year customer service experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred
