What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the frontline representative and image of the employer while handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities
- Manage a variety of tasks that increase in complexity as skills progress
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently reside in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational abilities
- High-speed internet access with specific upload and download speed requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related customer service environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Bilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with medical transportation services or related industries
