      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the frontline representative, handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities
      - Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to passengers
      - Manage a variety of tasks that increase in complexity as skills progress
      - Maintain a quiet workspace free of distractions for effective communication
      - Navigate and utilize basic typing/computer skills to assist customers efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must currently reside in Louisiana
      - Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
      - At least 6 months of customer service experience
      - Basic typing and computer experience with excellent navigational skills
      - High-speed internet access with specific speed requirements; use of wireless and WiFi "air cards" is prohibited
