      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound calls, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns
      - Process orders and update customer accounts in internal systems while ensuring accurate record-keeping
      - Identify sales opportunities and proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs
      - Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
      - Participate in paid training and adhere to a consistent 40-hour workweek schedule

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting
      - Exceptional communication and active listening skills with the ability to manage difficult situations professionally
      - Sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to upsell products and services
      - Must be available for 12 weeks of paid training and work 8-hour shifts any day of the week
      - Must be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and pass a background screening

      - Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Familiarity with navigating multiple systems while maintaining a positive attitude
      - Ability to effectively manage time and self-motivate in a remote work setting
      - Previous experience in upselling products or services
