      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Call center experience handling inbound calls is preferred
      - Must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Accurate keyboarding skills with a typing speed of 25 wpm or more
