      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve basic support issues
      - Research, troubleshoot, and process address changes, customer orders, and billing/payments/disputes
      - Document all work and escalate calls to Product Support Specialist as needed
      - Provide service to global customers in a 24/7 center
      - Work from home opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent customer service skills gained through a year of related experience or in a high-volume call center environment
      - Knowledge of credit, debit, and pre-paid debit industry
      - Strong PC skills
      - Detail orientation and effective interpersonal, communication, and organization abilities
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in customer service in a financial services industry
