- Resolve customer problems by clarifying issues and exploring alternative solutions
- Utilize various software tools to assist customers and manage inquiries effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
- Ability to work well with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and knowledge of call center technology
- Must have access to a Windows laptop or desktop computer with fast internet connectivity

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and enjoyment of wine
- Solid data entry and typing skills (preferably 35 words per minute)
