      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle customer service calls, addressing billing inquiries, policy changes, and identifying cross-sell opportunities
      - Manage inbound calls from employees, providing service for various insurance products
      - Ensure an exceptional experience for Toyota employees and encourage positive feedback
      - Contribute to business retention efforts by renewing policies and salvaging customer relationships
      - Step into a sales agent role as needed, meeting assigned sales production goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience; 5 years preferred
      - Required Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
      - Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual candidates preferred
      - At least 1 year of experience in insurance customer service
      - Previous experience with luxury insurance carriers such as Chubb

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred but solid work experience is appreciated
      - Experience with telematics-enabled insurance products
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Agency Management Systems (ASM)
      - Proven ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively
      - Excellent active listening and interpersonal communication skills
