What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple properties independently, spending time both inside and outside
- Assess customer storage needs and suggest relevant products, including packing and moving supplies
- Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability
- Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily operations
- Manage customer payments, including making reminder and collection calls when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a valid driver's license and utilize personal vehicle for travel between locations
- Experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast food
- Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Capability to spend up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Willingness to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks to maintain property appearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
