      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide accurate information to the public regarding liquor and cannabis licensing laws via phone and email
      - Interpret complex laws, rules, and procedures while assisting customers with inquiries and issues
      - Process and issue various liquor and cannabis licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Maintain and update electronic recordkeeping systems and assist with tracking legal files
      - Train and mentor lower-level customer service specialists to ensure team competency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years of experience in customer service or assisting clients with inquiries and complaints
      - An Associate's degree plus one (1) year of relevant customer service experience
      - A Bachelor's degree is also acceptable
      - Ability to interpret complex laws and regulations
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in regulatory or compliance-related customer service roles
      - Familiarity with liquor and cannabis laws and regulations
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Previous experience in training or mentoring team members
      - Knowledge of public service principles and practices
