      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current products and services offered by the employer
      - Answer all calls and emails promptly, adhering to performance goals
      - Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure patient eligibility with insurance providers
      - Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and provide problem-solving assistance
      - Communicate ongoing trends and issues with Customer Service and Management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, or call center management
      - For senior level, two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience
      - Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Ability to adapt and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan methodologies and documentation requirements
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
      - Solid ability to learn new technologies and understand system interactions
