What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions
- Review daily reports and take action to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Process customer orders with precision and speed
- Collaborate with departments including Sales and Operations to deliver seamless service
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and elevate service levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound business decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple tasks with accuracy
