What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with inbound customer inquiries through effective problem-solving and decision-making
- Develop knowledge of practices and procedures to achieve team goals
- Support immediate manager in team motivation and performance monitoring

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies while providing an exceptional client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in a related customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sales experience with excellent influencing and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to work under limited supervision and creatively solve problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a financial services environment
- Familiarity with data entry and technical skills, including using a 10-key touchpad
