      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle patient phone calls and message inquiries, ensuring patient satisfaction and navigating healthcare needs
      - Collaborate with providers and operations team members to resolve billing issues and questions
      - Proactively assist patients with open balances, payment options, and complex billing inquiries
      - Investigate claims through insurance to ensure accuracy in processing according to patient benefit plans
      - Master technology tools to effectively interact with team members and patients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center environment
      - At least 1 year of medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare revenue cycle experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using electronic health records (EHR) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to document interactions accurately
      - Ability to type 45+ words per minute while maintaining accuracy
