      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle patient phone calls and message inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and assistance with healthcare needs

      - Investigate insurance claims to ensure accurate processing according to patient benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center environment
      - At least 1 year of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare revenue cycle
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health records (EHR) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to document interactions accurately
      - Ability to type 45+ words per minute while maintaining accuracy
