What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding Professional Liability insurance products
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and written correspondence
- Maintain service quality and timeliness standards while updating customer records
- Evaluate customer needs and propose appropriate insurance solutions
- Collaborate with other departments on projects involving new programs and technology

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Property & Casualty Producer license is required
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or sales supporting multiple insurance products
- Experience with Professional Liability insurance for healthcare professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle details and follow up effectively
