      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide phone, email, and chat support to customers, resolving issues efficiently
      - Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, ensuring timely resolutions
      - Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers through effective communication
      - Collaborate cross-functionally on customer-focused initiatives to enhance experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles
      - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; practical experience may substitute
      - Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a charismatic phone presence
      - Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule between 7 AM and 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday

      - Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
      - Basic understanding of SQL
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of work responsibilities
      - Active listening skills and empathetic customer advocacy
