      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to clients
      - Ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple claims simultaneously
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Must be available for scheduled work shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience navigating Microsoft Office Suite
      - Previous experience working in a call center environment
