What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries from internal and external customers
- Handle escalated customer issues and collaborate with logistics and stores for resolution
- Answer basic troubleshooting questions related to store operations
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and social media messages, accurately documenting details
- Use sound judgment to determine if inquiries can be resolved on initial contact or require escalation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, and evening shifts
- Background check required
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. and sit for long periods on the phone
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in handling escalated customer inquiries
- Familiarity with troubleshooting customer service issues
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
