      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and verify information
      - Process orders and ensure accuracy in documentation and insurance verification
      - Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and insurance coverage
      - Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures
      - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and enhance service quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of one (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
      - For senior level, two (2) years of work-related experience including one (1) year of exact job experience
      - Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan methodologies
      - Experience in a Medicare-certified environment
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
      - Flexibility to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
