What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries effectively
- Personalize customer interactions while assisting with orders and account questions
- Offer additional products during each customer interaction to drive sales
- Process refunds, take payments, and analyze account data as needed
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a distraction-free work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate situations in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a structured virtual environment with a set schedule
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed

- Experience in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of customer styles
- Technical troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues independently
