      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and fulfill routine orders for blood and pharmaceutical products and transfusion-related supplies
      - Provide proactive customer service to hospital clients, including regular product/service updates and follow-up calls
      - Maintain inventory and rotate supplies to ensure adequate availability for customer needs
      - Determine the most economical transportation methods for hospital shipments and resolve any shipment issues
      - Document and address customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Experience in blood or pharmaceutical inventory management, hospital customer relations, or logistics preferred
