What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide support or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Complete outbound calls to customers requesting documents
- Return voicemail messages and provide support or direct calls as needed
- Answer basic questions from policyholders and agents regarding the audit and verification process
- Index provided documentation to the appropriate internal electronic file

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial underwriting/premium audit experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distractions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Spanish-speaking ability
