      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding billing, customer service, and general inquiries
      - Manage member accounts and billing information accurately and efficiently
      - Resolve member issues in line with company policies to ensure satisfaction
      - Meet or exceed individual and team performance benchmarks for service quality
      - Assist in various reporting and administrative tasks as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or WFM setting
      - Basic office skills, including telephone and computer knowledge (Excel and Word a plus)
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to handle challenging customer issues
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Must be self-motivated with strong organizational and management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Front Desk, Sales, and Kid's Club policies and procedures
      - Experience in team building and training
      - Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs
      - Demonstrated high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
