What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, providing assistance with orders and accounts
- Offer additional products during customer interactions to drive sales
- Personalize customer experiences by addressing questions and concerns effectively
- Manage tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor while maintaining a structured work schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations in a high-paced environment
- Experience working in a virtual environment with a set schedule
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot issues
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a retail environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital commerce
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a remote setting
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
