      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direction and leadership to staff by assigning and monitoring customer service operations
      - Ensure compliance with established medical and physical standards for the class of work
      - Oversee customer service activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
      - Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members
      - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer service operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Attainment of a minimum of an associate’s degree in business administration, public administration, management, or a closely related field
      - Minimum of three years of experience at the level of an Office Assistant III in customer service or call center activities
      - Valid driver's license from the state of residence
      - Ability to meet established medical and physical standards
      - Strong leadership and communication skills

      - Experience in a supervisory role within a customer service environment
      - Familiarity with government employment processes and regulations
      - Skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving
      - Proficiency in using office software and customer service tools
      - Previous experience in training and developing staff
