      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, organize, direct, and lead a team of customer service agents to support healthcare providers
      - Manage scheduling and attendance for the team of agents
      - Conduct interviews and screen applicants for open positions
      - Monitor real-time and intra-day activities to ensure operational goals are met
      - Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
      - 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in a call center
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for data management and communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Medicaid or medical billing
      - Quality Assurance experience in a call center setting
      - Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines
      - Experience with telephony systems and online process management tools
      - Strong analytical and mathematical skills for data interpretation
