      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Accurately enter sales orders into a USDA database
      - Manage incoming orders through a dedicated email account
      - Update ship-to account information as necessary
      - Generate reports for customers, customer service representatives, and sales personnel
      - Provide professional and timely communication with customers and internal teams

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 3 years of related customer service and/or order entry experience
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency with basic PC skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Experience with Office 365 and SAP is preferred but not required
      - Must be self-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
