      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner across various communication channels
      - Research and provide accurate information to resolve member and provider inquiries through phone, email, web portal, and chat
      - Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
      - Document all customer interactions thoroughly and completely
      - Suggest improvements to enhance service delivery processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
      - Proven professional verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to efficiently operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

      - Knowledge of dental terminology and group health insurance experience
      - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced production environment
      - Cooperative and professional interaction skills with co-workers and visitors
