      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems regarding client products and services
      - Answer questions and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software
      - Maintain and document information in databases
      - Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer relationships
      - Keep updated knowledge of client products, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively
      - Comfortable explaining and using technology
      - Availability to work during the hours of operation: 8am-11:30pm EST, Monday-Sunday

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing schedules
      - Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
