      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, investigate, and resolve all customer inquiries timely and accurately
      - Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and other communication channels
      - Ensure all customer communication is clearly documented
      - Educate callers to ensure resolution is achieved on the first contact
      - Work overtime as required and maintain adherence to assigned schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
      - Exceptional time management and decision-making skills
      - Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a medical office setting or working with the senior population
      - Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
