      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Stay involved with new product introductions on Large Dual Beam (LDB) products
      - Analyze learning needs and design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions
      - Lead projects or be part of a project team to deliver learning solutions on time and within budget
      - Keep up to date with the technology of Large Dual Beam microscopes and field service engineers' daily work
      - Conduct initial pilot training courses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in science, preferably combined with instructional design or educational qualifications
      - 3-5 years of experience with a technical background/experience in high tech concepts of electron microscopes
      - Instructional design background or experience
      - Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing, on a business level
      - Prepared to travel (max 30%)

      - Experience with LDB products
      - Experience in using different media to build engaging learning solutions
      - Ability to prioritize and work in teams with varied strengths
