What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming contacts for various Marriott brands and assist customers with booking needs
- Process reservation requests and provide support for loyalty and customer care inquiries
- Maximize revenue by identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with booking rules, loyalty guidelines, and case management procedures
- Provide customer support through issue resolution and communication with Marriott properties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain a professional work environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
