      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inquiries concerning billing issues and provide knowledgeable responses
      - Maintain ownership through the completion of all customer requests
      - Provide professional support via phone, email, chat, and other channels
      - Document all interactions and outcomes in CRM systems accurately
      - Collaborate with internal departments to gather facts and reach fair resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent; College Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 4 years of customer service and/or billing support experience
      - 1-2 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry preferred
      - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
