      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve customer and sales representative inquiries, explaining product features, providing quotes, processing orders, and assisting with customer service needs in the U.S. and Canada
      - Comply with quality guidelines for documenting complaints and responding to Post Market Surveillance requests in a timely manner
      - Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone in a professional and courteous manner
      - Develop a thorough understanding of products to effectively offer additional accessories or substitute products when items are backordered
      - Achieve performance goals consistently and meet established KPIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available to work full time Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
      - Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Systems; SAP experience is helpful

      - Strong empathy, patience, and listening skills
      - Maintain a Scorecard of an A/B average to be considered for promotion
