      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve customer and sales representative inquiries, explaining product features, providing quotes, processing orders, and handling returns
      - Comply with quality guidelines on documenting complaints and responding to Post Market Surveillance requests
      - Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone in a professional and courteous manner
      - Develop a thorough understanding of products to offer additional accessories and manage customer backorders
      - Achieve performance goals consistently and maintain established KPIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred
      - Excellent communication and problem resolution skills
      - Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Systems; SAP experience is helpful
      - Ability to work flexible hours, generally Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM EST

      - Quick learner with the ability to think on feet and find innovative solutions
      - Empathy, patience, and strong listening skills
      - Maintained a Scorecard of an A/B average to be considered for promotion
