      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions using multiple software tools
      - Ensure customers have up-to-date information regarding their orders
      - Collaborate with other departments to support both customer and company needs
      - Handle escalated customer situations with care, employing de-escalation techniques
      - Provide friendly and efficient solutions through phone, live chat, and email

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience or a college degree
      - Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet navigation
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; conversational fluency in English
      - Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
      - Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload
