What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve customer and sales representative inquiries, explaining product features, providing quotes, processing orders, and assisting with customer service needs
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone in a professional and courteous manner
- Develop a thorough understanding of products to effectively offer additional accessories and substitutes when items are backordered
- Enter and process orders received via phone with a high degree of accuracy
- Provide product availability updates and manage customer backorders as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have prior experience working in a customer-facing or call center environment
- Excellent computer skills; SAP experience is helpful
- Must have strong communication and problem-resolution skills
- Ability to work in a goal-driven and customer-focused environment
- Quick learner, able to think on feet and find innovative solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Familiarity with medical products or healthcare solutions
- Previous experience achieving performance goals or KPIs
