      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of accounts and renewals, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction
      - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive growth and value
      - Conduct business reviews with clients to assess product usage and alignment with their objectives
      - Collaborate with internal teams to create growth and risk mitigation strategies for key accounts
      - Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate any renewal risks to develop resolution strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
      - Proven track record in quota-carrying roles and meeting key performance indicators
      - Experience in deal negotiation cycles, with a consultative approach to client relations
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Strong organizational, urgency, and prioritization skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contract negotiation and driving contracts to timely completion
      - Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM systems
      - Demonstrated ability to support organizational adoption and act as a change agent
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities
